Two game drives per day are included, while enjoying the spectacular back-drop of Africa\u2019s highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro. You will then proceed via Nairobi to Sweetwaters Game Reserve which is a private sanctuary located at the lower slopes of Mt Kenya and which has the only Chimpazee sanctuary in the country to stay for 2 nights, then to Aberdare National Park for an overnight stay at The Ark \u2013 a tree hotel. Drive down to the floor of Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park and finally to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, undoubtedly the richest game reserve in Kenya.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Daily departures subject to a minimum 2 persons booking.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"active\" data-tab=\"tab-0\">Itinerary<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 1. Nairobi\/Amboseli<br \/>\nDepart Wilson Airport by schedule flight to Amboseli at 0730hrs arriving at 0815hrs. On arrival, you will be met and transferred toAmboseli Serena Lodge with game drive en route. You will have another game drive after lunch. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.<br \/>\n<em>Approx Transit time: 45 Min<br \/>\nMeal plan: {L, D}<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 2. Amboseli<br \/>\nMorning Tea\/Coffee will be served before proceeding for an early morning game drive. The majestic and breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro can be seen at this time. Return to lodge for late breakfast. The rest of the morning will be at leisure. After lunch, an afternoon game drive follows. In the evening a bush Barbecue dinner with entertainment by traditional Maasai dancers is the highlight of the day. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.<br \/>\n<em>Meal plan: {B, L, D}<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 3. Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary<br \/>\nDepart Amboseli in the morning by schedule flight at 0830hrs arriving Nairobi at 0915. Proceed by road through Kikuyu countryside to Sweetwaters Game Reserve, arriving Sweetwaters Tented Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive, including a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only one of its kind in Kenya. Dinner and overnight at the luxury tented camp.<br \/>\n<em>Approx Transit time on flight: 45 Min<br \/>\nApprox Transit time on road: 3 hrs<br \/>\nMeal plan: {B, L, D}<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 4. Sweetwaters<br \/>\nSpend a full day at this private sanctuary with morning and afternoon game drives, as well as visit to Morani, the tame rhino and the Infomration Centre within the reserve too. Other optional activites include guided nature walks, camel riding and a night game drive. All meals and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Overlooking a floodlit waterhole, the camp offers visitors the opportunity to watch and photograph animals in thier natural habitat.<br \/>\n<em>Meal plan: {B, L, D}<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 5: The Ark<br \/>\nAnother morning game drive at Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary if you like, then depart for the nearby Aberdare Country Club arriving well in time for lunch. Afternoon transfer to The Ark for overnight floodlit game viewing. Set in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, this unique game lodge overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick which attracts a host of wildlife \u2013 elephant, rhino, leopard, bushbuck and occasionally an elusive bongo or giant forest hog.<em><br \/>\nApprox time on road: 1 hr<br \/>\nMeal plan: {B, L, D}<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 6. Lake Nakuru<br \/>\nAfter breakfast drive down to the floor of The Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls, and arriving Sarova Lion Hill Lodge in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in the park. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. Also, many species of game can be found in the park including the introduced Rothschild\u2019s giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and many species of plains game. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.<br \/>\n<em>Approx Transit time: 3 hrs<br \/>\nMeal plan: {B, L, D}<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 7: Maasai Mara<br \/>\nDepart after breakfast and drive further along the floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara, arriving Mara Serena Lodgein time for lunch. Afternoon game drive that introduces you to this vast game filled reserve. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.<br \/>\n<em>Approx Transit time: 5\u00bd hrs<br \/>\nMeal plan: {B, L, D}<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 8 &amp; 9: Maasai Mara<br \/>\nSpend two days in Maasai Mara, Kenya\u2019s most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant).<\/p>\n<p>On one day you will go out with picnic lunch boxes to spend most of the day in the park coming back to the lodge late afternoon, while on the second day you will have an early morning pre-breakfast game drive, and another one late afternoon. There will also be an optional visit to a local Maasai village. All meals and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge<br \/>\n<em>Meal Plan: {B, L, D}.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Day 10. Nairobi<br \/>\nDepart Maasai Mara after breakfast, driving back to Nairobi to arrive approx 1300hrs. Drop at your hotel or transfer to the airport for onward flight home.
